NESFI Bookstore Refund PolicyYou may return any book in its original condition with 14 days of delivery of your order. Please use a confirmation receipt if returned through the US Post Office. NESFI will reimburse the price of the book, but unless the return is a result of our error, we will not reimburse the return shipping charge. You can expect your refund within 7 to 14 business days of our receipt of your return, in the same form of payment you originally used for purchase. We cannot exchange items (unless they are defective or damaged), or accept books that have been used or that are returned more than 14 days after the delivery date.
